報告人簡(jiǎn)介:
Vincent JI是巴黎薩克雷大學(xué)(Paris-Saclay University)特級教授(Distinguished Professor)、工學(xué)院材料機械和能源系主任,也是上海交大,北航,北京交大,南工大客座教授,從事材料微觀(guān)結構和力學(xué)性能的關(guān)系、工程材料失效分析、殘余應力分析、表面強化的開(kāi)發(fā)與應用方面的研究工作。Vincent JI是法國標準協(xié)會(huì )無(wú)損探測委員會(huì )會(huì )員,參與制定了法國1999版X射線(xiàn)殘余應力測試標準和歐盟2009版X射線(xiàn)殘余應力測試標準,自2015年任中國機械工程協(xié)會(huì )材料分會(huì )殘余應力專(zhuān)業(yè)委員會(huì )副主任,自2016年任中國機械工程學(xué)會(huì )失效分析分會(huì )噴丸技術(shù)專(zhuān)業(yè)委員會(huì )副主任。已發(fā)表SCI收錄的論文280余篇,H因子33,它引次數超過(guò)4200次。
報告內容簡(jiǎn)介:
Surface mechanical strengthening (SMS) is the most useful process to change the residual stress (RS) distribution, superficial morphology, surface microstructure and surface hardness. The purposes of SMS are to increasing the fatigue life, to prevent the stress corrosion cracking and to increase the wear resistance of mechanical components.
The different SMS methods, such as machining, rolling, shot-peening, will presented. The principal of RS generation by SMS will be synthesis. The application cases of shot-peening will be presented.
Recent development of SMS, such as dual peening, stress peening, ultrasonic peening, water peening (cavitation peening) and laser peening, will be introduced.
